Are all your ties custom made?

Yes, all of our ties are custom made. We do not have any ties that are already made-up.

What type of payment do you accept?

If you wish to pay with Paypal please email us with your order. We will email back your total cost, after which:

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do offer gift certificates via e-mail.

Our gift certificates come in the form of a greeting. The gift recipient simply makes their choice in our online store and emails us the information and we take it from there.

So if someone wanted to order a custom made / bespoke tie we would directly work with the gift recipient to find out what type of silk they preferred, the length and width of the tie etc..

How long does it take you to make your custom made / bespoke ties and pocket squares?

If we have something on hand such as silk fabric or scarves we usually ship within one day. For custom made tie, scarf or pocket square orders please see the store section of our website for estimated delivery times or email us.

Where are you located?

We are based in Buayai, a small town in Isan, the silk region of Thailand. Where we make all our ties, pocket squares and scarves very slowly by hand.

We have a working farm about 15 minutes outside Buayai where we hand-loom our Thai silk. We also grow mulberry, raise silk worms, as well as reel & dye silk

We have a design studio in the Luberon mountains in the Provence area of the south of France, on an old tile making site.

Do you have a retail location?

At this time we are an internet based business without a retail location. We travel between Isan and Provence so at the moment a physical store is not practical. Perhaps in a few years from now. However, if you are traveling through Isan please email us.

Yes, the price of the silk is included in the scarf prices.
